Wesley began working for our company in April of 2014 as a project manager and has since been promoted to operations manager. Although he has only been with us for a short period of time, he has 7 years previous experience in the field holding positions ranging from general laborer and foreman to sales and estimating specialist. He has his associate’s degree and is certified in a variety of areas. Wesley lives in Bellevue with his wife and sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing the guitar, and cooking. He is a great addition to our team and excels at finding areas where he can be of use as well as tackling any issues that may arise head on.
Billing Specialist/Accounts Receivable
Ryan holds the position of billing specialist within our office. Although his primary job function is to manage the invoicing, he has a vast knowledge of the company and is a go to person when problems arise. He has expanded his knowledge with the estimating system and is a true asset in assisting our president and operations manager with estimates and daily operations. He has been with A&N for 6 years and has developed a great rapport with many of our clients. He enjoys working for A&N because the staff is fun and great to work with.

Rick is the project manager for the maintenance division of our company. He began working for A&N as a grass maintenance laborer and has, in 5 years, worked his way up the ladder. Prior to working for A&N, he owned his own company for 16 years. This experience helped him to develop his exceptional people skills. He enjoys meeting new customers and does what he can to make them happy. Outside of work, Rick has a passion for music and plays the drums! He lives in Ross Township with his wife and daughter.

Fleet Mechanic/Warehouse Manager
Chris joined the A&N Lawn Service Inc. team in 2012 as an assistant mechanic. He worked for several years under our fleet mechanic/warehouse manager while going to school to become a mechanic himself. In 2014 he took his inspection exam and was promoted to fleet mechanic. He is very talented in the field and is a team player. Since his promotion he has helped to systematize the warehouse and make sure the equipment is organized and well maintained. He is proactive in vehicle and equipment maintenance and keeping logs.
He currently resides in Ross Township where he enjoys working on cars and spending time with his girlfriend.
