Allegheny and Butler County, PA Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Packages

A & N Lawn Service, Inc. offers two types of maintenance packages. Our extensive maintenance package is an all-inclusive plan that covers all landscape needs from late March through November. The second maintenance option is a personalized package, which allows the customer to select each service according to their needs.

Our Extensive Maintenance Packages Include:

• Weekly turf and property maintenance - your property is mowed from April 14 through November 7. The lawn is cut to an approximate height of 2.5 inches. The mowing is completed on the same day each week, weather permitting. All lawn clippings are bagged and removed from the property. The lawn bordering sidewalks, curbs and driveways is trimmed. All sidewalks, drives and patios are cleared of all lawn clippings and debris, and all planting beds are hand-weeded as needed. Leaves and debris are removed from the turf as needed in the fall to maintain a clean appearance before the final cleanups.
• Spring cleanup -  done in early April, as weather permits. We remove all debris accumulated throughout the winter season. All planting beds and tree rings are hand-edged with a spade to clearly define the borders, and all beds are cultivated to aid perennial growth and improve bed appearance.
• Fall cleanup - done in November or when the majority of the leaves have fallen, as weather permits. We remove all debris accumulated throughout the fall season. All leaves and debris are removed from the planting beds and lawn areas.
• Shrubs and planting beds - all planting beds and tree rings are shovel-edged to clearly define the borders two times throughout the season. All beds are mulched in the late spring and cultivated to improve bed appearance throughout the season.
• Shrub and hedge trimming - all evergreens and shrubs are trimmed twice during the season. This maintains a neat property appearance. All trimming is done at an appropriate time according to plant species. Growth shoots are removed as needed. We remove all trimmings from the property. Trees and shrubs larger than 15 feet in height are not included.
